1. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service/product has not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at info@diligencetech.com or call us at +91-8806844844. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
A. Digital Products / Services
Once a digital product/service (such as a software license, downloadable content, or subscription) is delivered/activated, no refund will be provided. In case of issues with the product/service, please contact our support team. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Diligence Tech after proper investigation.
B. Physical Products
If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, a replacement or full refund will be initiated after verification.
Refunds will only be processed for:
– Incorrect item delivered
– Product not delivered within 15 days
– Order cancellation within the allowed window
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment (e.g., Razorpay gateway). You will be notified via email when the refund has been initiated.
